Ce projet a pour objectif de repenser certaines thématiques contemporaines du droit international en tenant compte des évolutions du droit et de la justice liées à la mondialisation post-guerre froide, et donc à l’avènement d’un monde global.

The project’s aim is to reconsider some contemporary matters of International Law, by recognizing evolutions of law and justice related to post-Cold War globalization and therefore, the advent of a global world.
